En** CAPITOLE **estamos buscando a un/a **R&D Technical Lead especializado en DATA Science &IA**. Tendrás como misión ser el líder técnico responsable de impulsar la creación de nuestro Capitole Lab, así como en la identificación, creación y gestión de nuevos proyectos de innovación.

Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios para definir la visión tecnológica, liderar iniciativas estratégicas y garantizar la excelencia técnica en nuestros proyectos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- **Liderazgo Técnico**: Definir la visión tecnológica y estratégica de desarrollo para el "Capitole Lab", con un enfoque específico en Data Science & AI. Establecer estándares y buenas prácticas para el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones basadas en datos.
- **Gestión de Proyectos y Equipos**: Supervisar la ejecución de proyectos, desde la concepción, análisis de requerimiento y diseño hasta la entrega, asegurando la calidad técnica y el cumplimiento de los plazos. Dirigir y motivar a equipos técnicos multidisciplinarios para alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto.
- **Desarrollo Tecnológico**: Mantenerse al día con las tendencias y avances en tecnologías DATA, evaluando su relevancia y aplicabilidad en nuestros proyectos y servicios. Impulsar la adopción de nuevas herramientas y técnicas para mejorar la eficiencia y la innovación.
- **Gestión de Partnerships**: Identificar y establecer relaciones estratégicas con socios tecnológicos, proveedores y clientes. Colaborar en la creación de alianzas y consorcios que impulsen el desarrollo de proyectos conjuntos de innovación y apoyen el crecimiento del "Capitole Lab".
- **Colaboración en solicitudes de financiación**: dar apoyo técnico en la presentación de solicitudes de subvención y financiación nacionales y europeas enfocadas a la I+D, como CDTI, PERTE, Horizonte Europa, etc.
- **Colaboración Interdepartamental**: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos para alinear la estrategia tecnológica con las necesidades del negocio.
- **Desarrollo de Talento**: Liderar el desarrollo y la capacitación del equipo en tecnologías y metodologías, fomentando un ambiente de aprendizaje continuo y crecimiento profesional. Identificar y promover el talento, así como atraer y retener talento externo clave.

**Requisitos para un buen match**:

- Licenciatura o equivalente en Ingeniería Informática, Ciencias de la Computación o Matemáticas. **Muy valorable título de PhD.**:

- **Experiência previa sólida en liderazgo técnico y gestión de proyectos en el ámbito de Data Science, ML & AI, preferiblemente en consultoría informática y entorno empresarial.**:

- **Experiência previa en participación referente a la solicitud y justificación de proyectos en líneas de financiación nacional y europeas, como Horizonte Europa.**:

- **Conocimiento profundo de tecnologías y herramientas de datos, como bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales, big data, análisis predictivo, machine learning, etc.**:

- Habilidades avanzadas de liderazgo, comunicación y gestión de equipos, con capacidad para motivar y guiar a equipos técnicos multidisciplinarios.
- Orientación estratégica y capacidad para traducir la visión tecnológica en acciones concretas y resultados medibles.
- Buenas dotes de gestión de relaciones, con capacidad para establecer y mantener asociaciones estratégicas con socios y clientes.
- **Inglés nível alto. MUST.**:
