JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key responsibilities- Back office tasks, review payments and controls. Supervising payments allocation (Booking Console) and Audits back ups.- To manage Salesforce internal requests.- Access in internal platform to handle Sailpoint acceses to be granted.- Provide information and support and also monitor to Back office Outsourced team.- Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Tourism.- High level of Spanish and English (other languages will be a plus).- Knowledge of Excel.- Knowledge in Atlas / SAP.- Strongly customer focused with an outstanding capacity to resolve problems.- Knowledge experience in customer service, booking agent or experience in the Travel Industry.- Ability to prioritize tasks.- Hardworking.
