From Capgemini Engineering we are looking for a** Business Product Owner** to work as a **Sustainability Leader. **This position will be the natural link between business and systems and** will provide support at both strategic and operational levels to the Sustainability area**, forming part of its Projects team. He/she will identify the reporting needs, coordinate them with the different areas to prioritize them and will transmit and follow up their implementation to meet the department's objectives.
**Essential functions (tasks, roles, and responsibilities)**
- Gathering **sustainability reporting** needs, identifying from the data that must be made available for subsequent analysis to the understanding of the reports and indicators defined by the business to shape them together with the technology team specialized in reporting.
- Global vision of **sustainability data**, ensuring consistency with the rest of the company's data and its consumption by the different tools.
- Prioritization of sustainability reporting needs, and managing dependencies with the teams that generate the data we need to make available.
- **Monitoring each initiative** from its identification to its delivery and implementation, ensuring data quality.
- ** Implement changes in processes/systems**, providing support to the areas involved as well as facilitating the implementations.
- Involve other relevant areas of the business in the search for new ways to generate value.
- Proactivity in **proposing creative ideas to the business** to improve decision-making and the creation of new added value activities. Training
**Experience**
- Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Engineering). **Specialization in Data Science/Big Data/Data analytics.**
- Very **high level of English** Experience
- **Minimum 5 years of professional experience.**
- Previous experience in a consulting firm, performing data analyst functions.
- Management of multidisciplinary projects, with experience in leadership and coordination of systems teams (working in parallel) dedicated to the implementation of data management strategies. International certifications are an asset.
- Support and development of initiatives to business teams in all phases: identification of the need, identification of data/indicators, prioritization of the contribution of value to the business, planning, and monitoring of the development and implementation
Preferably you have experience working in agile work environments with the role of "**Business Product Owner**" (Scrum methodology) in data management projects
