**Role Purpose**
- Prepare global Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation reports for all Sandoz Group entities in alignment with OECD BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) requirements and local documentation peculiarities of different jurisdiction
- Support of Sandoz’s TP Compliance & TP Risk Management processes
- Prepare templates and draft IC Agreements, ensure their operational implementation
- Monitor accuracy and status of IC Agreements and initiate changes / updates as required
- Support monitoring and reporting of profitability targets, i.e., Tax operational matters in transfer pricing
- Ensure compliance of intercompany transactions, including monitoring
- Help with benchmarking studies and drafting of TP memo’s
- Support management of new Mandatory Disclosure Regime (MDR) including the roll-out a governance compliance process and technical IT solutions for Sandoz affected entities

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Member of Group Tax team focused on TP (and MDR) compliance and operations matters of the global Sandoz Tax network
- Leader - in collaboration with Finance - in TP monitoring and reporting processes
- Support the global TP documentation and TP compliance preparation process according to OECD BEPS requirements and ensure timely TP report finalization by using technical IT solutions
- Gather central and local information to complete TP documentation reports, i.e., FTE data, market analysis, intercompany transaction volumes, segmentation of P&L data, etc.
- Support the preparation of divisional TP documentation templates as basis for the global TP documentation approach
- Work with implemented IT solutions to plan and structure the TP documentation process on a yearly basis in alignment with other stakeholders
- Act as center of compliance to drive TP documentation report preparation and related processes smoothly and in a timely manner
- Be the first technical point of contact for the TP documentation by providing first guidance and support in alignment with the Head of Transfer Pricing

**Minimum requirements**
- Minimum Bachelor degree in economics or law c
- English mandatory, German, Spanish, Chinese or Japanese desirable
- Post-graduation and preferably first experience in big 4 firm and/or reputable legal firm in corporate tax and/or in-house TP management role (5 years or more)
