We are looking for an** Inside Sales Trainer **who infuses fun and work to ensure our industry-leading inside sales professionals have what they need to bring Webfleet Solutions’ value-led offering directly to our customers.

Key responsibilities include training & mentoring new salespeople, designing and teaching individual and team training courses and preparing sales enablement material. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of (inside) sales techniques and the ability to motivate employees of varying seniority.

**Here’s a little taste of your challenge**:

- Empower sales with the commercial skills and knowledge and to confidently become our customers’ and prospects’ trusted advisors.
- Teach solution selling skills specifically aimed at Inside sales teams.
- Drive Ongoing Team-wide Sales Enablement, Coaching & Upskilling.
- Effectively translate our sales process into a clear guide on how to become successful sales professionals.

**Who are you**
- 5+ years of Sales Training experience with a foundation of hands-on selling experience.
- Experience in teaching sales methodologies, such as TAS, The Challenger Sales Model, SPIN Selling, Value Selling methodologies etc.
- Experience with blended learning (in-class, virtual, workshops, roll-plays etc.)
- A strong track record in raising measurable sales effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills in **English**, any other EU language is an asset.
- Results-driven with a can-do attitude & positive mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize your activities with mínimal supervision.
- Team player.
