**What you’ll do**:
- Conducting OKR projects and shipping new features for both paid customers and talents
- Work closely with different stakeholders to assess the needs and help with data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with product teams to define key metrics and performance indicators for product success
- Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and product optimization.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used in product development.
- Create and deliver presentations and reports to communicate product performance and strategy
- Knowledgable of different analytics tools and know how to integrate AI into the data flow
- Preparing concepts, converting them into deliverables, and preparing all stories for the engineering team
**What we're looking for**:
- 3+ years of product management experience in agile environments
- Previous proven experience in Product in general, Data & Analytics specific
- Analytical skills that allow you to question everything, prioritise demands from all departments, and assess impact vs effort
- Know how to open multiple channels to gather and analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions
- Soft skills: adaptability, self-motivation, discipline, creativity
- Excellent command of the English language
- Experience with SaaS, HR Technology, or Legal Technology would be a plus
