You will be part of a very dynamic group of IT professionals helping Teladoc Health business units deliver on their initiatives through business process flow, tools, and data utilization as it moves across the organization.

Role and Responsibilities
- Understand client needs, set project scope, manage change of scope and work with commercial team to manage client expectations. Responsible of managing internal and external IT projects delivery in time, quality, and cost.
- New features analysis and definition: Lead the analysis of new feature requests, conduct feasibility assessments, and define requirements for implementation. Work with development teams to prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Manage product backlog, internal and external client needs and expectations while being responsible of feature delivery and project execution.
- Act as key liaison across technical and non-technical teams (business development, marketing, operations, legal, etc).
- Collaborate with architecture and IT operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards and security policies.
- Platform Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the technical platform, including monitoring performance, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing solutions to enhance stability and scalability.
- Production Issue Resolution: Act as a point of escalation for production issues, coordinating with technical teams to investigate root causes, implement fixes, and prevent recurrence. Ensure timely resolution to minimize impact on users and business operations.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Manage the UAT process for new features and enhancements, coordinating with stakeholders to define test plans, execute testing activities, and validate that solutions meet requirements and quality standards.

Skill Requirements/Preferences
- Familiar with software development lifecycle and processes.
- Understand the DevOps, Scrum or Agile project management, software quality control, and software security management.
- Be able to provide reports or KPIs to measure tasks and familiar with IT performance management.
- Good systems thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team and collaboration orientation.
- Performance-driven and completion-oriented.
- High written/verbal communication skills in English and Spanish are required

Education Requirements
- Technical / Higher Engineering / Master, related to IT technologies.
