Within the Asset Management team, we deliver services for both offshore and onshore wind along the full project lifecycle - from early planning, operation and maintenance (O&M) to lifetime extension and decommissioning. We are organized in three competence areas: Strategic Advisory, Digital Lifecycle Delivery, and Asset Integrity Management. With our international, multidisciplinary and wind energy specific competencies, we are a true full-range service provider for offshore wind energy projects in all its phases. Ramboll supports clients globally to identify, evaluate and quantify both risks and opportunities, allowing them to make well educated, strategic decisions based on practical offshore wind project development, financing and execution experience, combined with world-class engineering know-how.

We are among the very few consultancies in the world, providing engineering services for bottom-fixed as well as floating wind foundations. Since 2007 we have been involved in floating offshore wind and today have a dedicated team of experts supporting clients globally.

Within Ramboll, over 500 highly qualified experts are working on onshore and offshore wind projects globally, operating primarily from our 15 key offices across the Nordics, Germany, UK, Poland, Spain, Japan, Kora and the US.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**

As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will take on diverse tasks and responsibilities in international projects of varied complexity and scale, such as:

- Support business development with executing services in projects, drafting proposals, and refining services
- Engage and support other Ramboll divisions delivering onshore and offshore services
- Prepare and implement client-centric analysis and support related client workshops
- Set up and implement services of one or more of the three competence groups

Strategic Advisory
- Advise, support and implement solutions on early planning stages, set up and implement O&M strategies (incl. logistics solutions), define Operational Expense (OPEX) costs and provide WTG availabilities
- Support clients with risk analysis, readiness support and decommissioning models, with a focus on O&M optimization, delivering best-in-class solutions to our customers

Digital Lifecycle Delivery
- Advise and support clients on asset’s lifecycles in the design phase
- Compose O&M manuals, inspection plans, decommissioning plans, working procedures, monitor hardware and concepts, procurement documents, RDS-PP/PS and working procedures
- Provide digital services (Maintenance 4.0), e.g., data analysis concepts, dashboards for asset risk and performance evaluation, digital twins, data and information management, gamified health and safety trainings, and asset and building information models

Asset Integrity Management
- Advice and implement structural health monitoring algorithms, data analysis and risk-based inspection and maintenance strategies for condition-based O&M
- Conduct aeroelastic and structural analysis for reassessments, verifications, and lifetime extension
- Perform engineering critical assessment, root cause analysis or scenario analysis for unforeseen and undesired events in wind farm operation

**Your qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Engineering specializing in Onshore / Offshore Wind or Energy Systems; Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering are common; other disciplines may be considered when backed up by professional experience

For Strategic Advisory / Digital Lifecycle Delivery
- Theoretical knowledge and first experience in (onshore/offshore) wind O&M planning and execution within an operator’s or owner’s organisation or an individual service provider within a relevant field of wind energy

For Digital Lifecycle Delivery
- Experience with monitoring hardware, data analysis, steel design, WTG systems, asset optimisation, risk analysis, and digital twins
