Senior Aiv Engineer

**Position Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Definición del plan de verificación desde la fase de inicio de cada misión.
- Coordinación de la elaboración de procedimientos AIV y especificación de herramientas AIV y Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
- Coordinación y seguimiento de las actividades de fabricación y validación.
- Liderando ensayos ambientales (térmico-vacío, vibraciones, etc.) y campañas de lanzamiento.
- Soporte a Product Assurance (gestión de no conformidades).

La experiência y habilidades **requeridas** son:

- Más de 5 años de experiência en posiciones AIV.
- Conocimiento de los estándares ECSS.
- Experiência en trabajo en ambientes de cuarto limpio y EPA (Área de Protección Electrostática).
- Experiência participando en campañas ambientales.
- El solicitante debe hablar inglés con fluidez.

También serán
**deseables** las siguientes cualificaciones y competencias:

- Experiência previa en proyectos de Nanosatélites.
- Conocimiento de enfoques de manufactura esbelta.
- Experiência trabajando con subsistemas complejos como ADCS y propulsión.
- Experiência en el uso de herramientas y equipos para la integración de componentes de naves espaciales (equipos GSE).
- Conocimiento de operación y mantenimiento de TVC o instalaciones de vibración.

El solicitante debe tener buenas habilidades de comunicación y debe poder trabajar de manera autónoma de manera efectiva; mientras coopera en un equipo potencialmente internacional y culturalmente diverso.

Además, el solicitante debe tener buenas habilidades analíticas, organizativas y de informes; junto con una actitud proactiva para resolver problemas de forma individual e interés por el desarrollo tecnológico.

While Alén Space is a new company, our team has been involved in **several complete nanosatellite missions**, from specification to delivery, during the last **15 years**. Alén Space technical team is composed of systems engineers, electronic engineers, AIV engineers, software and operations engineers and project managers; with a large experience on IOD, communication, commercial and scientific missions, with private and public institutions such as the European Space Agency.
