- Manage all types of customer requests.
- Manage customer orders and prepare them for delivery in ERP.
- Register in the CRM the customer requests as well as do a follow up periodically.
- Work to establish process improvements /efficiencies and maintain existing routines and policies.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to solve problems.
- Guarantee an excellent customer experience and improve it continuously.
- Keep all the data in the ERP updated for customers (price lists)
- Update CRM and ERP systems with correct customer information details.
- Work proactively together with Sales to solve customer requests and support Sales to ease the customer experience.

What will you need as a successful Customer Support Representative?
- Bachelor's degree or similar
- 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills (B2-C1)
- Knowledge in Portuguese would be valuable
- Analytical and highly technically focused
- Adaptive, collaborative, professional and loves working in an ever-changing environment where you are constantly improving yourself, and your processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce and Jeeves experience is an asset.
