**Your work-life opportunity**:
As a Courier Business Analyst you will deep dive into our data, act and operate as a startup within a startup, providing both strategic thinking and analytical skills to help solve the key challenges of Courier Operations while building an excellent Courier support.

We are seeking a very hands-on, passionate, proactive, and data-driven professional with some experience working on analytics in a similar/relevant industry and who wants to grow in that area in a firm that provides a huge opportunity of facing new projects every single day.

**Be a part of a team where you will**:

- Understand the operations model in Glovo to provide advice to the different teams
- Perform analysis to come up with insights and strategic initiatives to solve the key challenges of Glovo Operations
- Build analytical models and dashboards to support the implementation of the initiatives across the Courier Vertical
- Establish and measure adequate KPIs in order to assess performance and determine the effectiveness of the implemented initiatives
- Follow a data-driven decision-making process
- Find work-arounds, be creative and prioritize when things are tough
- Work closely with cross functional and international teams to fulfill the project needs
- Be the point of contact on topics related to Courier support metrics, and help define and drive action plans tackling issues and opportunities based on a good understanding of the department needs
- Report to the Courier Program Manager and work closely to the LiveOps Analytics Manager
- Ensure the best support experience for couriers

**You have**:

- Good communication skills in English
- 1-2 years of experience working on analytics in a similar/relevant industry
- Bachelor in Engineering, Maths/Physics, or Economics
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with SQL
- Excel proficiency
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Strong strategic vision and business mindset
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a high growth and high performance start-up with a fast pace
- Itchy feet and continuous thrive on learning through different projects
