WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a Technical Support Consultant at ADP.
- Interpret client needs through discovery and analysis.
- Provide solutions in a timeframe that meets the client’s expectations or a workaround if the permanent solution is not rapidly available
- Keep the client updated on the progress of the issue reported in a timely manner to manage their expectations appropriately
- Increase their expertise in a handful of topics to become SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and sharing their knowledge with the team
- Answer questions and concerns raised by the client and suggesting the best approach to resolve them
- Contribute to the team’s knowledge and process improvement
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

- You have experience providing remote technical support to clients
- You have a strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
- You are naturally helpful. Looking for the best solution for the client rather than just looking into what is requested
