**Semillas Fitó** es una empresa multinacional española, fundada en 1880 en Sant Martí de Provençals, Barcelona. Más de 800 trabajadores, presencia en más de 20 países y venta en más de 90 países.
Desde la unidad de negocio de **CORPORATE**, precisamos incorporar a un/a **Financial Planning & Analyst**, dicha persona estará ubicada en **Barcelona**.
**¿Cuál será tu propósito dentro de Semillas Fitó?**
El propósito será contribuir en:
**1. **A la visibilidad y fiabilidad de la información financiera, de acuerdo con las necesidades de las partes interesadas
**2. **A una clara planificación financiera que aporte confianza a la compañía a la hora de afrontar los retos de futuro
**3. **Al buen fin de la consolidación de la información del grupo, en tiempo y forma establecida por la compañía
**¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?**
1. Desarrollar y mejorar las plantillas y procesos de _budgeting_, _forecasting_ y _reporting_ de datos actuales, de forma que facilite el análisis y la revisión de la información financiera
2. Mantener reuniones de forma regular con los responsables de centros de coste, Corporate Partners y responsables de unidades de negocio para realizar revisiones y análisis de resultados vs Budget
3. Asegurar junto con los Corporate Partners que el proceso de consolidación y las políticas financieras son aplicadas en todas las entidades filiales.
4. Revisión de cargos Inter-compañía y asegurar su alineamiento con presupuesto. Asegurar la correcta contabilización a efectos de consolidación.
5. Desarrollar e implementar modelos de _reporting_ y procesos de FP&A, respetando en todo momento los _timings_ definidos por la compañía.
6. Liderar la definición de planes financieros individuales de acuerdo con los diferentes proyectos estratégicos planteados por la empresa.

**Requisitos**:
**Eres el talento que estamos buscando si...**
- Dispones de entre 5 a 10 años de experiência en un departamento financiero que incluya una fuerte implicación en contabilidad y trabajos de consolidación, así como experiência en procesos de _budgeting_ y _forecasting_, siempre en un entorno multinacional y multidivisa.
- Dispones de un nível avanzado tanto de Español e Inglés. Sería deseable nível nativo de Catalán. Por otro lado, se valorará positivamente el dominio de otro idioma.
- Dispones de formación universitaria en Administración y Dirección de Empresas y/o similares. Sería deseable Máster en materia financiera.
- Dispones de un nível avanzado en herramientas de _reporting_ ERP y CPM. Sería deseable experiência en Dynamics 365 FO.
