Payroll Assistant

We're looking for a payroll assistant for our office in Madrid (Chamartin area).
**Responsibilities**:
Management of all the labour activity of the head office and other offices: Contracts, payroll, social security, IRPF, and the rest of the tasks of the area
.Management and support to the company's international offices in labour matters
.Updating and maintenance of the company's international personnel database
.Monitoring of all hiring, modifications and changes that occur in the working conditions of employees
.Updating of the register of documentation submitted and signed
.Monthly analysis and reporting of all labour information. National and international consolidation
.Monthly labour cost budgets
.Attention and resolution of workers' doubts related to labour management, in the central offices and other offices, and support to the international offices
**Requirements**:
Experience in labour management in an international compa
Labour Relations
English essential, other languages desirable (French, Portuguese, German).
