**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Property Maintenance and Coordination**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the villa.
- Coordinate with and supervise the gardener, pool maintenance staff, and cleaner to ensure the property is always in excellent condition.
- Handle any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
- Communicate with landlord for specific requests, updates and maintain good relationship.
- **Rental Management**:

- Ensure all bedrooms are rented out on a long-term basis (min. 3 months rental period).
- Handle inquiries, viewings, and negotiations with potential tenants.
- Manage rental contracts, including drafting, signing, and renewing agreements.
- Collect and manage rental payments, and handle any issues or disputes that arise.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and manage the villa’s social media channels to attract potential tenants. Main channels: Instagram, Facebook, coliving platforms.
- Create engaging content, post regularly, and interact with followers.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Assist in marketing and promoting the villa through various channels.
- **Tenant Relations**:

- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins with tenants to ensure satisfaction and address any problems.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of rentals, maintenance schedules, and expenses.
- Prepare monthly reports on property status and finances.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with external contractors for any major repairs or renovations.
- Implement house rules and policies.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards are maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in social media management and content creation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with local property laws and regulations in Valencia.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
