**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Resolution of functional and technical incidents.
- Knowledge in the use of SPRO (SAP parameterization).
- Preparation of user manuals and support to end users.
- UAT test preparation.
- Capability in managing new functionalities within the project.
- Management of Roles, users, parameters, user menus, etc.
- Knowledge of the tax circuits of a tax agency.
- Collaboration in implementations of new taxes.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Years of Experience: 2- 4
- Experience in Team Management.
- Higher qualification in Economics, Business Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics.
- Essential knowledge: PSCD or FICA-ISU, SAP R/3 in T&RM.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
Desirable knowledge: SAP FI, SAP RM or RMPS, knowledge of tax law, experience in implementation/maintenance, Debugging (high desirable), executive collection.
