**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Senior Consultant, **you will participate on different Global Strategic and Business Projects / Initiatives of the bank, at group level in different countries to retain and develop in-house knowledge.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Lead strategic and transversal projects of the business autonomously with focus on implementation, monitoring and impact on results.
- Preparation of strategic documents, being able to synthesize the messages and collect all the aspects of the division / department model, collaborating with different areas.
- Lead the implementation of the business in those countries where the business has no presence with the ability to analyze opportunities with an strategic mindset, managing expectations and adding value in the implementation
- Define KPIs to monitor team project performance, and build business cases to facilitate decision making
- Escalation of local models by having the initiative to identify best practices locally and bring them to the global roadmap for implementation.
- Manage internal /external team and /or project budget, depending on project dimension and typology
- Define priorities and working plan to achieve those goals agreed with the project Sponsor / Customer
- Be proactive in building and developing a environment where team/project players add value, work with transparency and find constructive solutions for every problem

EXPERIENCE
- 5-8 years of relevant experience

EDUCATION
- Economics, Business Administration or Engineering

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- English and Spanish: high level speaking and writing is a must
- Experiences abroad are desirable
- Previous experience working in consultancy firms
- Strong communication skills: both oral and written (word memos, presentations)
- Problem solving and analytical skills
