- Successful and completed technical education, a university degree in computer science (optional), or a similar field.
- Experience as IT Specialist (M/F) or a comparable one.
- Experience in operating system MS Windows 10/ Windows Server.
- Several years of related IT Service Desk, or operations experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and analyzing skills.
- Experience in MS Office Programs.
- Basic knowledge in PC-network (LAN).
- Basic knowledge with data base systems like MS SQL Server (optional).
- Very organized, quality consciousness.
- Able to work accurate even under pressure.
- Solution orientation.
- No past criminal records.
- Possess initiative and drive for self-learning and improvement.
- Good communication skills - Fluent communication in English.
- Self-starter, pro-active and able to work independently and in all levels.
