Due to expansion we are looking for another member to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hrs a week with contract, Monday to Friday 2pm - 6pm) based in our stunning Head Office in Dehesa de Campoamor.

There is the every possibility for the right applicant to grow and progress to full time.

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our busy real estate agency.

This demanding and important administration role requires a confident, self-motivated and dynamic professional who can consistently deliver with the ability to work on their own and as part of a team as this role requires the running of the office whilst sales staff are attending viewings with clients.

It is ESSENTIAL that they be fluent in both English and Spanish, any other language a bonus.

Main duties/responsibilities include:
Managing all aspects of Administration that is required within the office.
Welcoming all visitors to the office.
Liaising with clients to assess their needs.
Marketing and advertising of properties - to include; arranging property schedules, window cards, sometimes uploading photographs and creating descriptions to new listings if the lister is busy.
Arranging appointments with vendors and providing feedback after viewings with our sales staff.
