You will join our HR team, you will have the opportunity to learn, develop professionally and provide us with all your knowledge.

**Here the mainly tasks**:
**You will provide support in **HR administration functions**:

- Management and control of labor documentation (contracts, personnel files, paid leave, etc.).
- Support in clothing management for Site employees.
- Support employees in the Employee Portal.

**If you like the **training and development **, you will manage our Site Training Plan:

- Management of training needs with the managers.
- Monthly follow up the training plan.
- Training and assignment management.
- Manage the language classes.
- Be the contact person of our employees and managers for giving them support about our internal training tool.
- Organizes Safety training campaigns.
- Prepare and manage the Onboarding program for our newcomers: Documentation, giving them the Welcome Session, etc.

**You will manage the internal **communication plan**:

- Follow the communication Plan.
- Events organization.
- Merchandising.
- Prepare communications and banners.

**You will need**:
**Spanish **language: High level

Human Resources knowledge: degree or master degree

Car license and your own vehicle to come to the Site.
