Senior Marketing Manager - Spain, Portugal, Italy

About the Role:
As a Senior Marketing Manager for the countries: Spain, Portugal and Italy you will work in direct collaboration with local the Sales Director and EMEA structure. You will be responsible for all marketing and shape the marketing strategy in these countries and report to the Marketing Director EMEA Markets.

You will utilize the knowledge and resources of both the Southern European and the EMEA marketing teams to plan and activate centrally and locally created programs, to launch new products and build the brand even further and also conduct Trade Marketing activities across Italy and Portugal.

What You Will Do:
In short - you will be responsible for ensuring that all EMEA marketing strategies are localized for Spain, as well as Trade Marketing for Italy and Portugal. You will do this by managing all marketing activities including digital marketing, brand activation, media planning & buying, PR, trade marketing, merchandising and promoter programs.
- Based on the regional business and marketing plans, work closely with local management and account team to create, develop and implement the local marketing and communication strategy.
- Manage media planning & buying together with the EUS Marketing Manager and Product Management.
- Plan, organize, execute and participate in local dealer and consumer events.
- Keep up to date with competitor and market trends, share the insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Make data driven decisions by monitoring channels and customers and creating regular reports, ie. GFK numbers.
- Give feedback on concepts to EMEA Product Management, present products to sales reps, give product trainings to Promoters, Merchandisers and Clients.
- Work in close collaboration with the central marketing team to drive the development of local marketing collateral such as, brochures, product info sheets, pricelists, product launch packs, etc.
- Vendor Management.
- Work with local agencies and EMEA Marketing team on social media, PR and digital strategies.

Take lead on retail negotiation and implementation of our trade marketing programs:

- Monitor the sales of stores with retail concepts to evaluate sales performance, that quality of execution is in line with brand image required and takes action where needed.
- Ensure promoter programs are set up to drive sell through together with the account teams.
- Give input to Trade Marketing Manager on merchandising needs to plan for local effective programs.
- Manage and control the local budgets for all relevant activities in Spain.

What You Need:

- Fluent Spanish, written and oral skills and good English skills are essential.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communication.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in the Consumer Electronic or retail industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the key trade partners in the region with a personal understanding of their approach and needs.
