And this is our Senior AI/ML Engineer role for those who want to turn ideas into reality using code, algorithms, and maybe a bit of magic.

**Tasks in the role**:

- Senior AI/ML Engineer is responsible for providing technical direction and leadership to the development team, helping teammates and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- The Senior AI/ML Engineer collaborates with project managers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements, and will stay.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the software development industry responsibilities.
- Lead the technical direction of software development projects, working closely with the project team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Provide technical expertise to the development team, helping them to make the right decisions on technical architecture, design, and coding standards.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and product owners, to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the software development industry, and bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
- Mentor and guide the team members on technical aspects and ensure that they follow best practices and standards.
- Ensure that the software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet the performance and security requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of software solutions, including design documents, coding standards, and technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and other quality assurance activities to ensure that the software solutions meet the required quality standards.
- Provide technical support to the project team during the software development lifecycle.
- Manage technical risks and issues, and ensure that they are appropriately resolved accountabilities.
- Responsible for ensuring that software solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Accountable for the technical design, architecture, and coding of the software solutions.
- Ensure that the software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet the performance and security requirements.
- Accountable for the technical documentation of software solutions, including design documents, coding standards, and technical specifications.
- Responsible for the delivery of the technical artefacts of the project, including source code, test cases, and technical reports.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Extended experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar role in software development.
- Strong technical expertise in software development, including technical architecture, design, and coding standards.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teammates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, particularly GCP and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with IaaC, particularly Terraform.
