Empresa gestora de Urbanización de alto standing en la isla de Ibiza, ubicada en Cala Tarida (San Josep de Sa Talaia), busca ampliar su equipo y para ello precisa incorporar UN/A GUEST SERVICES.
Guest Services" - (Gestión de conserjería y apoyo administrativo)
Buscamos a una persona motivada y enérgica para unirse a nuestro Equipo de Operaciones como parte de Servicios al Huésped. El papel se centra en la organización de las solicitudes de los propietarios / huéspedes para los clientes y ayudar al equipo de gestión de la propiedad en la preparación de villas para los huéspedes y ayudarles durante su estancia.
La persona debe hablar inglés y español con fluidez, tener un mínimo de 1 año de experiência trabajando en hostelería de alto servicio, ser organizada y competente en (EXCEL, WORD, EMAIL Y PREPARACIÓN DE FACTURAS).
**Las principales responsabilidades del puesto incluirán**:
Coordinarse con la propiedad para organizar todas las solicitudes a la llegada a la villa, tales como, organizar y coordinar los traslados al aeropuerto, floristas, chefs privados, comestibles y entrega de bebidas.
Facturas, contabilidad mensual de conserjería.
Apoyo a la propiedad y revisión de inventarios.
Crear 'perfiles' de clientes para futuras estancias.
Envíos de clientes (cosas olvidadas después de los alquileres).
Contactar con proveedores externos para organizar actividades para los propietarios.
Durante la temporada alta, se espera que los empleados trabajen los fines de semana y por las noches.
**Salario (bruto anual)**: 25.000 - 30.000 Euros dependiendo de la experiência.

‘Guest Services’ - (Concierge Management & Administrative Support)
We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our Operations Team as part of Guest Services. The role focused on the organisation of owner/guest requests for the clients and assisting the Property Management team in preparing villas for guests and assisting them during their stay.
The individual must be fluent in English and Spanish, minimum 1 year experience working in high service hospitality, organised and competent in (EXCEL, WORD, EMAIL & INVOICE PREPARATION)
**The main responsibilities of the role will include**:
Monitoring and responding to owner & guest requests via Whatsapp groups. Communicating these to the relevant internal teams
Coordinate with Property for organise all the requests upon arrival at the villa such as, organising and coordinating Airport transfers, florists, private chefs, groceries and drinks deliveries.
Invoices, monthly concierge accountancy.
Support to Property and review of inventories.
Create client ‘profiles’ for future stays.
Client’s shipments (Forgotten things after rentals).
Contacting external suppliers to arrange activities for owners
During the high season, employees will be expected to work on weekends and evenings.
**Salary (annual gross)**: 25,000 - 30,000 Euros depending on experience.
