- Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Proporcionar un servicio de cinco estrellas mostrando un amplio conocimiento de todos los servicios del hotel, sus instalaciones instalaciones y sobre la ciudad de Madrid y alrededores, Transporte, Restaurantes, Atracciones, Comercios, Actividades Turísticas y Culturales o Artísticas.
- Registrar correctamente todas las peticiones y confirmaciones de los huéspedes a través de los sistemas de recepción (por ejemplo Alice, Infor, Hotsos).
- Dar la bienvenida y reconocer a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con las normas de la empresa, anticipar y atender las necesidades de servicio de los huéspedes.
**Qualifications**:
- Formación en Turismo.
- Alta orientación al cliente y trabajo en equipo.
- Imprescindible nível alto de inglés y se valora un segundo idioma.
- Persona proactiva, dinámica y con alta vocación de servicio.
- Conocimientos de herramientas de gestión hotelera.
- Excelente conocimiento sobre Madrid.
- Conocimiento de operativa hotelera.
- Vocación de servicio y alta orientación al segmento lujo.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Capacidad analítica.
- Proactividad e innovación.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- 1 año en una posición similar en la industria de la hospitalidad.
