**Descripción**:
Será responsable de:

- Planificar, estructurar, gestionar y controlar nuestros recursos financieros.
- Desarrollar e implementar una estrategia financiera centrada en la asignación de recursos y la maximización del ROI cumpliendo el calendario de la empresa.
- Liderar y trabajar en proyectos estratégicos financieros y de negocio, siendo un claro referente en modelización y control financiero.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Dirigir el procedimiento de planificación presupuestaria y gestionar el plan financiero y el presupuesto (anual, trimestral y mensual) garantizando la perfecta conexión entre los objetivos financieros e industriales en las diferentes unidades de negocio.
- Garantiza el uso eficiente de las inversiones mediante el despliegue de los procesos de gestión y control asociados.
- Desarrollar marcos analíticos e informes para apoyar los ciclos de toma de decisiones relacionados con el rendimiento financiero del negocio (enfoque de Unit Economics y P&L).
- Estructurar, gestionar y controlar las actividades diarias del departamento y garantizar una perfecta coordinación con las disciplinas de las operaciones financieras.
- Apoyar y trabajar con los departamentos jurídico y de administración para garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa financiera, jurídica y corporativa.
- Desarrollar y hacer evolucionar la gobernanza financiera informando periódicamente de los resultados al consejo.
- Informar y liderar la implementación de mejoras potenciales en el negocio de acuerdo con sus objetivos.
- Definir prioridades y proyectos para garantizar la consecución de la estrategia de la empresa.
- Estructurar métodos de análisis y recomendaciones del mercado en el que opera la empresa en colaboración con Desarrollo de Negocio.
- Identificar y proponer objetivos de crecimiento tanto orgánico como inorgánico (M&A).

**Conocimientos requeridos**:

- Licenciado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Económicas o similar
- Master y/o MBA en Administración de Empresas o similar.
- Al menos 5 años de experiência en Auditoría - Big Four y 2 años en empresa industrial en el área de finanzas y/o gestión de proyectos o consultoría estratégica tipo BCG o McKinsey.
- Control presupuestario financiero y analítico
- Controles y procesos internos
- Análisis de datos, modelización financiera, business intelligence
