At ForceManager we are seeking a driven Marketing Operations Manager. In this role, you will leverage your marketing operations expertise enhancing it with AI technolog ies - such as ChatGPT - to innovate processes, improve SQL generation, and amplify the productivity of our dynamic marketing team.
**What **you’ll **be doing**:
- Con s tantly improve the conversion of leads into customers with effective lifecycle management and outstanding marketing insights, using software and your intuition to drive your decisions.
- Create and analyze insightful dashboards in the CRM to perform trend analysis, anomaly detection, and audience segmentation.
- Use AI technologies, specifically OpenAI's ChatGPT with GPT-4, to expedite content creation, translation, and adaptation for a variety of marketing materials.
- Take charge of crafting and disseminating our newsletter campaigns, and coordinating webinars in collaboration with the marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams.
- Collaborate with partners including resellers, top-tier telecommunication firms, and leading B2B software providers for efficient joint marketing initiatives, such as webinars, newsletter s, or lead generation campaigns.
- Foster relationships with partners, facilitating regular contact and collaboration for optimized marketing activities.
- Work in synergy with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives to maximize lead conversion and drive industry-specific campaigns.
- Optimize lead to SQL conversion workflows and promote marketing content & initiatives to our customers using chat-based user support/conversion platforms like Intercom or Hubspot chat.
- Continuously experiment with and innovate using new AI platforms to enhance productivity, automation, and output quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in M arketing O perations, preferably in SaaS tech companies.
- Native-level Spanish speaker with high proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with marketing-focused CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo (with a high preference for Hubspot ).
- Experience with chat-based user support and conversion platforms like Intercom or Hubspot chat.
- Proven proficiency and strong interest in AI tools, specifically OpenAI's ChatGPT with GPT-4, for content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to blend AI with human intuition and creativity for impactful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on company needs.
- Great editorial skills in both text, video, and graphics - specifically to do QA on all the material /tasks, you, the AI or your teammates are producing to ensure maximum impact.
- Experience with partner management or channel marketing.
- You are a p erfect team player but at the same time, you move fast as a fully independent contributor and do everything in your power to reach your objective s ind e pendently.
- Experience with other AI platforms or prompt managers for productivity enhancement is a plus ( eg. AIPRM, or other plugins/extensions of ChatGPT, AutoGPT, BabyAGI, Dall-E, Midjourney, Writesonic ,).
