PTC is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. You will be responsible for proactively and creatively attracting talent across the organization in alignment with PTC’s goals.

You will be working in full cycle recruitment, always hiring for tomorrow and being proactive about the needs of the business. Need to have shared vision and strong understanding of the hiring needs, team dynamics, and leadership styles.

**Day-To-Day**
- Develop sourcing strategies through detailed market research and data mining, using resources such as LinkedIn or other job boards
- Execute marketing and branding talent acquisition strategies
- Understands recruiting processes, guidelines, compliance, and regulations
- Build partnerships with the Business to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess talent
- Maintain recruiting reports and dashboards to track and communicate metrics to the business
- Increase brand awareness by building and maintaining relationships with external organizations and social media platforms

**Your Skills And Knowledge**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent
- A first successful experience in Talent Acquisition or Sales
- Great interpersonal and communication skills - German language skills would be highly preferred
- Sales mindset & Customer focus
- Perseverance, team spirit & humor, drive for results
