✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and at least 3 of them related to Retail & eCommerce services.
Familiar with costumer experience and digital touchpoints.
Experience with Agile environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
English Fluent as you will be working at an international and multicultural enviroment and english is the day to day language.
WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?
Experience at big companies.
Fluency in Spanish, French, German...
Experience with virtual teams and Hybrid enviroments.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze business needs.
Perform analysis to improve existing processes and systems.
Use analytical tools for data interpretation and insight extraction.
Create and communicate clear documentation on business requirements.
Design and evaluate solutions with cross-functional teams.
Support project management in defining scope and objectives.
Foster stakeholder relationships and facilitate communication between business and IT.
