**About the role**
As a** **Junior Business Analyst** **you will work closely with the CRO team to collaborate in the design, analysis and reporting of business analytics databases and models across a wide range of data sources; through drilling down to detail, improving processes and creating recurrent reports.
**What you'll do**
- Support the preparation of reporting on business performance and monthly reporting packs (KPIs, business metrics, merchant performance), in addition to generating clear and relevant presentations for stakeholders.
- Design and build business and analysis dashboards using Tableau.
- Measure the feasibility of business cases and merchant performance, by gathering, downloading and analyzing necessary data from different sources.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for product improvement and operational efficiencies through data analysis and testing.
- Perform basic statistical analyses, such as hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of automation of processes.
- Participate in internal and cross-departmental projects that have a direct impact on the business, either through the preparation of ad hoc analysis or production of reports for better decision making.

**What you’ll need**
- At least 1 year of experience working in business or data.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics or Economics.
- Master’s in Business intelligence or analytics, Statistics is nice to have.
- Skilled in Excel, Google spreadsheets.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Positive attitude, showing success in follow-up and getting things done.
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
