You will lead wide range of projects and work streams, working with team members and stakeholders across business units and operational functions. You will establish the facts, analyze the implications, recommend the best course of action, and enable execution. When required, you will also take hands-on responsibility for realizing outcomes.

**Your responsibilities**
- Drive delivery of strategy and innovation projects and work streams, developing robust fact bases, articulating insights, refining recommendations with key stakeholders, and communicating outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across SITA and our partners
- Be a source of external insights and innovative growth ideas for SITA

**Qualifications**:

- Strong numerical fluency and adeptness at unraveling complex issues.
- Forward-thinking strategist with excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric with a focus on delivering results the ability to manage through influence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management
- Ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity and pivot fast.

**Required qualifications**
- University degree in Business Administration, Management, Sciences, or relevant field
- Demonstrated track record in management consulting in a top-tier strategy consulting firm with experience as a Associate, Consultant or similar role.
- 3+ years of hand-on experience in delivery of strategy, innovation, and implementation projects in complex environments
- Exceptional project management skills: adept at planning and managing multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Experience in structuring strategic initiatives and building roust business proposals.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Technology and/or aviation industry experience preferred.
