If you have concerns and want to grow professionally, this is your project In Meliá Marbella Banús & Sol Guadalmar, your mission will be, as Head of the Department, to ensure the optimal state of operation of assets and facilities of the hotel in order to provide quality customer service and contribute to the achievement of operational, economic and quality objectives. In addition, you will be responsible for incident resolution, stock control and compliance with safety regulations. Likewise, watch over the human team both for the performance levels of the team as well as the work climate of the department.

You will lead the SS.TT. department in the organization and supervision of the activities of the team staff to ensure compliance with the regulations related to the maintenance of the facilities and thus provide an optimal state of operation of the equipment and quality in customer service contributing to the achievement of operational, economic and quality objectives.

**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum experience in the position of 2 years Meliá Hotels International or PTP completed.
- Training related to the position and medium-high level of English.
- Experience in team management and initiative
- SIHOT/OPERA software skills
- High level of Office package.
- Knowledge of Office (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint).
