Job description
We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry, are currently looking for a professional and talented Credit Collection Analyst to join our Credit Collection Team in our Barcelona HQ.

**About the role**:
Managing credit and collections operations for the Italy region, with the principal goal of protecting the assets of the company, by maximizing cash flow through cash collection whilst maintaining high customer service standards.
Act as a true Pronovias Group Ambassador by building strong and efficient collaboration relations both with customers and with all the departments involved (Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, etc.)
Provide recommendations regarding collection strategy effectiveness, including orders & cash allocation, billing, credit limits, claims & accounts receivable monitoring, loan management and market reporting, deploying strategies that contribute to the Company’s mission.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance (or related field).
At least 3-5 years of work experience in Customer Management and/or Credit Collection.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Strategic thinking and negotiation abilities.
Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude towards work.
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package, with Excel skills.
Fluency in Italian, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Spanish, English or French is a plus.
Advanced troubleshooting, organizational and multitasking skills.
Customer service orientation and passion for the Bridal Industry.
