**Maketing Events Manager**

Para nuestro equipo de marketing, basado en Barcelona, estamos buscando un Marketing events manager, responsable de planificar, promover y garantizar el buen funcionamiento de eventos tanto corporativos como de educación clínica. Estos pueden abarcar desde eventos de gran escala presenciales hasta eventos semanales tipo webinars virtuales. Colaboración estrecha con el equipo de Product Managers y Clinical Education.

**Funciones y responsabilidades**
- Contacto con los clientes internos para conocer los requisitos exactos del evento.
- Producir propuestas detalladas para eventos (incluidos cronogramas, lugares, proveedores, obligaciones legales, personal y presupuestos)
- Servir de enlace con los equipos de ventas, marketing y CE para publicitar y promocionar el evento.
- Administrar toda la planificación previa al evento, organizar speakers e asistentes
- Coordinar proveedores, manejar consultas de clientes y solucionar problemas el día del evento para garantizar que todo funcione sin problemas y dentro del presupuesto
- Crear una evaluación posterior al evento para informar eventos futuros investigación de oportunidades para nuevos clientes y eventos.

**Requisitos**
- Formación universitaria y experiência imprescindible en planificación de eventos
- Experiência en project management
- Habilidades relacionales y multitarea con distintos departamentos
- Alta orientación al cliente y creatividad
- Capacidades y herramientas de gestión y organización

Marketing Director

SCOPE
Responsable de planificar, promover y garantizar el buen funcionamiento de eventos tanto corporativos como de educación clínica. Estos pueden abarcar desde eventos de gran escala presenciales hasta eventos semanales tipo webinars virtuales. Colaboración estrecha con el equipo de Product Managers y Clinical Education.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Contacto con los clientes internos para conocer los requisitos exactos del evento.
producir propuestas detalladas para eventos (incluidos cronogramas, lugares, proveedores, obligaciones legales, personal y presupuestos)
Servir de enlace con los equipos de ventas, marketing y CE para publicitar y promocionar el evento.
