Are you our new Data Analyst Senior?

Location: Spain (Malaga, Madrid & Alicante)

The primary purpose of the Data Analyst position is to support the organization's data management and analytics strategy, leveraging data to provide insights that drive business value. This role is responsible for supporting the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data, and for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.

What you will do:

- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
- Perform statistical analysis on data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop data visualization tools and dashboards to help stakeholders better understand data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and improvements.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.

We think you have:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis.
- Experience with statistical analysis, data visualization, and data modelling.
- Empathetic person, with excellent oral communication skills with all levels of the organization, negotiation skills, good conflict management and diplomacy. Being proactive, autonomous, and taking leadership by example and great capacity for self-organization (methodical, concrete, results/detail/process oriented).
- Highly experienced at working within and collaborating across a globalised organisation.
- Good knowledge of data management and analytics techniques, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python or R.
- Great level of English (mandatory)
