Integrado en el Departamento de PROPERTY MANAGEMENT y reportando directamente al Coordinador Financiero, será máximo responsable financiero del área de gestión de activos, realizando las siguientes funciones y responsabilidades principalmente:

- coordinación y supervisión de la completa gestión financiera de uno o varios proyectos/activos, que englobaría funciones propias financieras contratadas tales como:

- Amplio conocimiento y participación del proceso de Accounts Receivable: facturación a inquilinos, gestión contractual, garantías, fianzas, rent roll, clausulados, revisiones IPC, carencias, rentas escalonadas, gestión tributaria y administrativa, etc, asegurando la integridad de la información reportada al cliente.
- Amplio conocimiento y participación del proceso de Accounts Payable: presupuesto tanto de Opex como de Capex, realización de provisiones, monthly closing, control deuda/morosidad, poderes frente a bancos, pagos a proveedores, etc, asegurando la integridad de la información reportada al cliente.
- Responsable de la realización de todos los informes de la actividad económica de los activos (informe mensual, KPI´s, Business Plan, NOI, Budgeting & Forecasting Analysis, etc ).
- Responsable de la coordinación con otros departamentos para la obtención de le información necesaria de la gestión financiera, reporting, correcta aplicación de procedimientos, así como la coordinación de las personas financieras asignadas en el equipo/proyecto.
- Liderar y formar al personal más jr del departamento, instruyéndoles con las mejores prácticas de trabajo, procedimientos y políticas para la consecución del standard de calidad de CBRE y requisitos de los clientes.
- Seguimiento de incidencias técnicas y jurídicas para su control y reporte a la propiedad.

- Elaboración de informes al consejo u órgano de toma de decisiones del landlord/fondo.
- Coordinación y supervisión de los contables internacionales y nacionales, asegurándose el cumplimiento en plazo y forma de las obligaciones estatutarias y de impuestos.
- Soporte Auditorías.
- Apoyo y coordinación de la elaboración de las CCAA individuales.
- Coordinación de asesores legales para el cierre ó creación de los vehículos de inversión.

**Perfil**:

- Formación universitaria: Licenciado en Económicas, Empresariales o Administración y Dirección de Empresas o similar.
- Valorable Máster/Postgrado, MBA, Gestión de Personas, con especialidad en Real Estate, o similar.
- Amplios conocimientos financieros y contables, valorable Máster o especialidad en Auditoría y Contabilidad, Control de Gestión o similar.
- Nível muy alto de inglés.
- Informática: Usuario de sistemas informáticos (Office), requiriéndose especialmente un buen manejo de Excel y Word
- Valorables conocimientos de sistemas operativos, YARDI, SAP, TABLEAU.
- + 5 años en puesto financiero similar o con responsabilidad de gestión demostrable, con preferencia del sector Real Estate.
- Valorable experiência previa en auditoría externa, interna o similar con relación con empresas cotizadas.
