Overview:
This person will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of serialization systems within the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the seamless integration of serialization technologies across various IT systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the implementation of serialization systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to integrate serialization solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards related to serialization, such as DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Provide technical support for serialization systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of problems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to address integration challenges and optimize system performance.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on serialization systems and processes.
- Create and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user manuals.
- Analyze serialized data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Generate regular reports for management to track serialization performance and compliance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineer, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset
- Proven experience in implementing and managing serialization systems, preferably in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals.
- Knowledge of serialization technologies and industry best practices, especially in the systems: Seavision, Jekson and Tracelink.
- Experience (years/area): 3 to 5 years. More experience will be considered.
- Travels: Willingness to travel 20%.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
