MISSION
To manage Ficosa Group's Intellectual Property portfolio documentation, and their economics with administration.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Manage and regularly update the Group's database on Intellectual Property.

Research websites for information on Ficosa's Intellectual Property portfolio.

Manage external expenditure bills (patents, reports).

Manage internal database patents.

Manage statistics and indicators on domestic Intellectual Property.

Create and maintain a file in both paper and electronic format records on Intellectual Property.

Contact agencies and patent offices for administrative issues related to Intellectual Property Records.

Create and maintain updated statistical indicators related to Ficosa's Intellectual Property.

Manage correspondence/faxes.

Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.

Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.

Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.

Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

**Academic background**:
Bachelor’s degree in documentation

**Languages**:
Fluent English (spoken and written)

**Experience**:
Minimum of 1 year in a similar position

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

**Additional training**:
Basic knowledge of Intellectual property would be of additional value

**Additional language**:
Fluent in French or German would be of additional value
