We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our office team in Barcelona.

As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will be part of our finance team. This is an entry level position in which your personal growth will be high on the agenda. The Accounts Payable Clerk plays a very important role in the day to day business operation of the finance team. The Student Hotel finance team is responsible for accounting and control of the Student Hotel locations already open and for those under construction. On top of that for accounting and control for all management and holding companies that are part of the group. Accounting and control is aimed at professional and timely reporting to enable management to effectively manage all group companies. As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will be engaged in all related finance tasks.

**What you'll do**
- Accounts payable administration for all our companies, from booking invoices in our digital procurement system up to the preparation of the payment batches
- Support in the month end process
- Accounts Payable ageing reports analysing and checking

**Who you are**:

- You're ambitious with a passion for accounting and working in an International hospitality company. You want to develop yourself so you can grow together with our team and organization.
- You have or are finalizing a relevant bachelor degree
- You have an affinity with accounting and the hospitality business
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English - other languages such as German, Italian, and French are a plus
- Strong Microsoft office skills, especially Excel
- You are open minded, creative and efficient working
- You're comfortable in an ambitious and informal working environment where you will work with colleagues from a number of different nationalities
- Excellent planning skills and ability to deal with time limits
- A proactive individual with a can do attitude
