**About the opportunity**

We're seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join our dynamic Strategic Initiatives team. This is a unique opportunity to join a successful and highly valued team that works closely with King’s Executive Leadership. This isn't your typical desk job - you'll be at the heart of the action, working to identify and deliver on the biggest opportunities that can truly move the needle for our company.

**Your role within our Kingdom**
- Pioneer ground
- breaking initiatives in the industry: organic and inorganic, in gaming and beyond gaming
- Identify, evaluate and deliver large
- scale opportunities through thorough, fact
- based analysis, and business case modelling;
- Support the development of our Franchises and New IP, distribution and technology strategies,
- Work both independently and with stakeholders from across the broader King organisation to drive the implementation of our strategic initiatives

**Skills to create thrills**
- Minimum three years of experience at a top
- tier strategy consulting firm, investment bank or private equity/venture capital (Analyst/Associate/Consultant)
- Entrepreneurial mindset: willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Ability to think creatively, frame and structure complex problems and solve through a hypothesis
- driven approach;
- Analytical & data
- driven, comfortable at managing large datasets of company and industry data to determine critical insights;
- Excellent skills in financial modelling and business case development;
- Impeccable written and oral presentation skills;
- Proficient at producing high
- impact analyses and deliverables for senior stakeholders;
- Proactive and demonstrable ability to work in a dynamic environment with high ambiguity;
- Proven ability to operate effectively in cross
- functional settings - ability to work with stakeholders from a broad range of backgrounds, at all levels of the organization;
- Team player, humble and open

**Bonus points**
- Interest and motivation for gaming;
- Previous entrepreneurial experience
- Previous work experience in the corporate strategy or business operations team of a leading Media or Technology firm
- Previous work experience in or exposure to one or more of the following sectors: gaming, consumer mobile, consumer internet and/or advertising;
- Master's degree, ideally in Technology/Engineering
- related disciplines, or holding an MBA
