**Responsibilities**:

- _Preparing and support on month end activities_ and checking financial statements._ _Assist and monitor in the forecast and budget processes_._
- _Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures to ensure SOX compliance._ _Drive internal controls compliance throughout the organization and ability to demonstrate their effectiveness to Internal and External auditors._
- _Analysis of internal financial information (e.g., profit loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, etc.)_ _to ensure the close and forecast process was completed properly and reporting deadlines are met._
- _Complete Balance Sheet reconciliations in accordance with SOX requirements. _
- _Adhering to generally accepted accounting practices and group policies. Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities._
- _Financial audit preparation and h_elp with managing files and producing information for internal and external audits._
- _Preparation and processing of various journals entries. Accrual calculations._
- _Monitor capital expenditures and associated depreciation Fixed Asset reconciliation between GL and SAP; preparing PAR requests, Asset tagging, etc._
- _Ensure accuracy in the AR, AP processes._
- _Ad hoc analysis as requested._

**_Requirments:_**
- _Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field._
- _At least 5 years of finance and accounting experience, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, and providing financial advice._
- _Preferably working experience from the Big 4._
- _Desirable experience in manufacturing industry preferably automotive._
- _Advanced MS Excel skills._
- _Experience with SAP._
- _Experience with Hyperion is very advantageous._
- _Knowledge of SOX requirements as needed to ensure compliance._
- _Fluent in English, both written and spoken._
- _Ability to work as part of a team._
- _Must possess excellent investigation, analysis and problem-solving skills._
- _Strong attention to detail and a high degree of integrity._
- _Be accurate, on-time, proactive and a fast learner._
- _Able to perform well under pressure._
