The
_Sourcing Analyst_ will be based in Madrid, Spain in Nextracker office. The analyst will collaborate with sales and commodity managers globally to review specific project needs and support shaping tailored sourcing strategies to meet customer requirements while enabling successful execution of projects. He will develop the models, automation and processes to enable scalability of such analysis.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do
- Assess project specific needs keeping a close communication with sales
- Assess overall sourcing strategy by markets with commodity managers and suggest tailored project specific sourcing solutions
- Develop models and process to enable scalability through automation
- Participate in data driven sourcing strategy evolution for all steel parts in Nextracker product

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)
- Solid structuring and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Strong data analysis skills required
- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal) in an international and multicultural environment
- Fluent oral and written communications in English
- Results orientation and demonstrated ability to think out of the box to drive results
- Ability to handle ambiguity and respond quickly and flexibly
- Autonomous and proactive

Here are a few of our preferred experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical and/or business major; graduate degree preferred
- 2 year experience in supply chain / sustainability or senior analyst position
- Previous experience in supply chain preferred
- Experience working in an international environment
