Caktus, Luxury Golf Estate Agency is looking for his Golf Real Estate Consultant and Business Developer based in our Sotogrande office

Your main functions will be:

- Sale of commercial assets.
- Advice and follow-up of owners and clients.
- Organising and carrying out visits to properties.
- Asset acquisition.
- Registering properties and activities in our database
- Support activities to our marketing department.
- Maintaining good networking, participation in client events and expansion of the network of personal contacts.
- Competitor monitoring.

It will be an asset:

- Experience and previous knowledge of the real estate sector.
- Experience in sales, customer service and / or face to the public.
- Fluent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of Spanish and English, spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset: French, Russian, Dutch and/or German.
- Entrepreneurial people oriented to results and with commercial skills.
- Knowledge of different areas of Marbella and Sotogrande
- Knowledge of the golf environment
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
- Proactive person, with good attitude and presence, and commercial attitude.
- High negotiation skills, empathy and listening skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in an international environment.
