**JOB PRUPOSE**
- To teach Visual Arts in ESO, ensuring that planning, preparation, recording, assessment, and reporting meet the students’ varying learning and social needs.
- To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.
- To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher.
- To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
- To contribute to raising standards of student attainment.
- To be flexible and adjust to the needs of an expanding school, actively contributing to its development and growth.
- Be able to work as part of a dynamic team and to develop and maintain positive relationships with all staff.
- Be able to create a motivating and safe learning environment for all students.
- Have good written and spoken communication skills.
- Be able to lead and manage their own work effectively.
- Have excellent time management skills.
- Be able to motivate students and raise their aspirations through a range of strategies.

**JOB RESPONSABILITIES**
- Plan and prepare well-structured, clearly presented lessons appropriate to the abilities of all students.
- Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that fosters learning and creativity.
- Generate enthusiasm for Art and inspire all students to work to their potential.
- Teach students about various art techniques, styles, and mediums.
- Encourage creativity and self-expression in students through appropriate art projects.

**ESSENCIAL REQUIREMENTS**

Qualifications/Training
- Qualified to degree level or above.
- Qualified Teacher status.
- IB teacher training completed.

Experience / Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience.
- Experience of teaching Art.
- English (bilingual level)
- The monitoring, assessment, recording and reporting of pupils’ progress.
