- Comprensión del mantenimiento eléctrico/mecánico
- Conocimiento en instalaciones de refrigeración y amoníaco
- Conocimiento en Almacén/Distribución
- Conocimientos informáticos, Windows, Excel, software de mantenimiento basado en

la nube
- Capacidad para instruir / formar al personal
- Ejecución del proyecto y coordinación con terceros
- Capacitación en salud y seguridad: deseable
- Certificación MHE y PEMP/PTA: deseable
- Capacidad para operar en una organización de rápido movimiento

- Mínimo de 5 años demostrables dentro del sector de ingeniería y mantenimiento

**Responsibilities**:
**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Ayudar al gerente de ingeniería con la función diaria de administrar el departamento de mantenimiento.

Ocuparse del mantenimiento preventivo y reactivo mecánico y eléctrico en todo el centro para garantizar

que el equipo sea adecuado para su propósito y que el tiempo de inactividad se mantenga al mínimo.
- Emitir tareas diarias, priorizando y planificando cargas de trabajo individuales, a través de una plataforma

de software de mantenimiento.
- Ayudar al gerente de ingeniería a mantener el cumplimiento del centro de acuerdo con las regulaciones de

QEHS y las pautas internas.
- Controlar y supervisar a los contratistas externos para garantizar que las políticas de salud y seguridad de

Americold siempre se cumplan y respeten en todo momento.
- Asegurarse de que las evaluaciones de riesgos y los SOP del departamento estén actualizados y cumplan

con las normas.
- Impulsar los objetivos de KPI a través de la mejora continua dentro del equipo de mantenimiento.
- Evaluar las necesidades individuales de capacitación e implementar planes de desarrollo para cada

miembro del equipo.
- Supervisar y controlar el inventario y los níveles de existencias, solicitando repuestos críticos mientras se

mantiene dentro de las restricciones presupuestarias.
- Esforzarse por alcanzar la excelencia energética, impulsando al equipo a desarrollar y centrarse en las

mejores prácticas.
- Proporcionar soporte técnico y de mentoría al equipo de Mantenimiento.
- Se requiere un enfoque práctico cuando sea necesario.
- Lidiar con las medidas disciplinarias, las quejas y cualquier comportamiento inaceptable dentro del equipo.
- Gestionar las contingencias del centro dentro de las tareas del departamento de mantenimiento
