Sub-cluster Manager

With a global team of around 7,500 employees, we develop, produce and distribute in about 100 countries through leading retailers and healthcare providers. Ontex was founded in Belgium in 1979 and is listed on Euronext Brussels.

To reinforce our IT team we are looking for a Sub-Cluster Manager - South.

**Mission and Key Tasks**:

- Manage & lead local and regional projects, with respect to budget, quality and time/deadlines.
- Set an exemplary role towards user satisfaction and enforce the right level of engagement and support towards the organization.
- Establish a close collaboration with peers (and other IT&Data stakeholders) to ensure an aligned collaboration within IT&Data and a proper execution of the overall IT&Data vision, mission & strategy.
- Create an open and honest communication platform, respect all IT&Data procedures, embrace and uphold digital safety and provide feedback when needed.
- In collaboration with Group IT functions has a key role in improving the overall IT&Data landscape by and implementing the right technology choices to the sites that ensure the overall security, stability and progress of the company

**Background and Experience**:

- Min. 5 years’ experience within a similar IT management function.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- Good communication skills in English is a must have and one other language spoken in the region of responsibility is a plus.
- Proven (people) management skills.
- Responsible, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Team working and collaboration attitude
- Result-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong customer service orientation (“Customer comes first” mindset).
- ITIL Foundation v3/v4 certified is a plus.
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM working methodologies is a plus.
- Highly organized, transparent and strong follow-up skills.
