The Copywriter supports Consumer Marketing Team direct communication channels by creating and editing copy that supports the brand and marketing strategy.

**Necessary Duties and Responsibilities include the following**:

- Support and create the content creation process (campaign briefs, visuals, messaging, timing, targeting, etc.) to ensure a consistent global brand identity with messages aligned with the global strategic plan.
- Support new business through concepting and deck storytelling.
- Deliver assignments on time while consistently meeting ESTA quality standards.
- Lead Generation (Patient Acquisition): Support all digital marketing activities through marketing automation tools, focusing on social media channels.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and developments discovering new ways to expand brand reach in other emerging online platforms.
- Utilize research and data, not just to inform messaging, but how to grow and evolve the brand voice.
- Influence all marketing materials by creating partnerships with design and collaborating throughout the completion of projects, ensuring that creative output is aligned with our brand.
- Establish messaging decks for all customer segments, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
- Drive best practices, continuous improvement and provides recommendations for message innovation.

**Relationships and Roles**:

- Work with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to ensure close alignment with sales and marketing to increase revenue.
- Works cross-functionally with IT, Compliance, Clinical Affairs, Legal, Finance, Commercial and Sales.

**Job Specifications**:

- 3+ years of copy-writing experience within an agency.
- Exceptional portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and brand copy-writing across channels.
- Outstanding writing skills, including writing in a range of voices and styles, with impeccable grammar, and ability to self-edit.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
- Bachelor**_’_**s degree creative writing, journalism, marketing.
- Preferred Qualifications: Strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution.
