Job Title: Executive Director - Betway Spain PLC

Department: Country Management

Location: Ceuta, Spain

The Department:
The Country Management department is responsible for optimising development and driving performance to maximize the local market potential of all brands and products.

Purpose of the role:
An Executive director with residence in Ceuta, you will be member of the Betway Spain Board of Directors.

You will be responsible for:

- Ensures the operation in Ceuta is effective and meets regulatory requirements
- A Member of the Betway Spain Board of Directors (BOD)
- Act as representative before the Executive Service of the Commission for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Monetary Infractions of Spain, the local authorities of Ceuta and the Spanish Tax Authorities
- Engaged in the communications with the General Directorate for Gaming together with the Group Compliance’s Services
- Support the Spanish market to meet and exceed the company’s business strategy and objectives.
- Analyze, evaluate, adjust and implement effective strategies to drive growth and success in Spain together with BOD
- Executes and reinforces BOD directions
- Budget management
- Finance management
- Product, Stakeholder Management & Influencing
- Directs the course of Company and making corporate decisions focused on its objectives together with the BOD

You will have:

- Extensive experience in the online gaming industry
- Experience dealing with regulatory requirements
- Proven experience working in a leadership role
- Experience working with Senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English as business languages

It would be a bonus if you had:

- Anti-Money Laundering experience
- Corporate communications experience

Role incumbent will be resident of Ceuta or wanting to move there permanently as per job requirement.
