You will interact with the engineering teams, project management team and the administrative teams to guarantee coherency of proposals and execution of projects in terms of technical objectives, schedule and cost compatible with the proposal commitments.

Tasks
- Contributing to the identification of funding opportunities at national (Spain) and European level, relevant for the activities of the company
- Designing the proposal (scope / partnership) in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Writing and coordinating the proposals documents.
- Coordinating with the engineering and project management teams
- Coordinating with the administrative teams
- Identifying and coordinating with subcontractors and partners
- Submitting and following the proposal evaluation process
- Planning and coordinating the project activities under the direction of a Project Manager
- Coordination of expenditure, cost report and audits.
- Drive the reporting documents (cost / activities / deliverables) in collaboration with engineering team and project manager.
- Attend the audits from the authorities.
- Keep the company public incentives data base and record of auditable documents.

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate degree in engineering, economics, or business administration.
- Understanding of basic technology/engineering rationale.
- Understanding of corporate finances and accounting.
- Understanding of political sciences.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required as a Proposals manager in the aerospace, space or defense sectors.
- Demonstrated record of successful proposals and projects.
- Demonstrated experience working in a team.
- Native Spanish and Fluent English are a must. French or German will be highly valued.
