Actualmente, con HQ en Barcelona, estamos buscando un **Head of Data.**

***La Misión**:
Como **Head of Data** en Orbidi, liderarás la estrategia de datos de la organización, asegurando su correcta implementación para impulsar decisiones basadas en datos e innovaciones estratégicas. Tu objetivo será diseñar y supervisar una infraestructura de datos de vanguardia que facilite la integración de soluciones basadas en inteligencia artificial y herramientas de análisis avanzadas en el negocio.

**Rol**:

- **Liderazgo Estratégico**:

- Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de datos de la organización, alineándola con los objetivos de negocio.
- Diseñar y supervisar una hoja de ruta para implementar soluciones basadas en inteligencia artificial y análisis avanzado.
- Promover una cultura organizacional basada en la toma de decisiones informadas por datos.
- **Gestión del Equipo**:
- Construir, liderar y mentorizar un equipo de alto rendimiento compuesto por ingenieros de datos, analistas y científicos de datos.
- Establecer prioridades y asignar recursos para garantizar la entrega de proyectos de datos dentro de los plazos y con altos estándares de calidad.
- **Infraestructura y Gobernanza de Datos**:

- Diseñar y optimizar una arquitectura de datos escalable y eficiente, incluyendo lagos y almacenes de datos.
- Implementar procesos sólidos de ETL/ELT para la integración y transformación de grandes volúmenes de datos estructurados y no estructurados.
- Asegurar las mejores prácticas de gobernanza de datos, incluyendo la calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento con regulaciones (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- **Colaboración y Soporte Estratégico**:

- Trabajar estrechamente con equipos de ciencia de datos, ingeniería y áreas de negocio para comprender y satisfacer sus necesidades de datos.
- Supervisar la implementación de pipelines de datos para análisis, aprendizaje automático y generación de insights de negocio.
- Colaborar con stakeholders internos para identificar oportunidades de mejora basadas en datos.
- **Optimización y Rendimiento**:

- Monitorear y optimizar continuamente el rendimiento de la infraestructura de datos, asegurando la escalabilidad, eficiencia en la concurrencia y reducción de cuellos de botella.
- Implementar soluciones avanzadas para almacenamiento y recuperación de datos, maximizando el rendimiento de las consultas y el almacenamiento.

**Qué buscamos**:

- Experiência comprobada en el diseño y gestión de sistemas de datos a gran escala, incluyendo procesos de ETL/ELT, modelado y almacenamiento de datos.
- Dominio de lenguajes como Python y SQL para análisis y manipulación de datos.
- Experiência con plataformas en la nube como AWS, Google Cloud o Azure, y con servicios como Redshift, BigQuery o Azure Data Lake.
- Conocimiento de tecnologías de Big Data como Hadoop, Spark o Kafka, así como de bases de datos SQL y NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Competencia en herramientas de orquestación de datos como Airflow, Prefect o Luigi.
- Experiência en liderar equipos técnicos y estratégicos en entornos dinámicos y de rápido crecimiento.
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad de comunicación efectiva para interactuar con stakeholders técnicos y de negocio.
- Disponibilidad para asistir a la oficina en Sant Cugat una vez por semana o de manera quincenal.
