**Purchasing**:

- Prepare purchase orders
- Prepare Daily Purchase Reports for the Finance Department
- Inventory control
- Reconciling Invoices and Purchase Notes
- Negotiation with Suppliers
- Prepare monthly closures
- Controling and monitoring purchasing processes of all departments REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of six months internship
- Preferably previous operational experience in a luxury hotel
- Intermediate level of Spanish
